Learning Leaders is closing its doors due to lack of funding. Those of you who are already trained are still eligible to continue working in the school. Anyone who went through training in January will be eligible to work as soon as the background checks have cleared and badges have been sent. The school will notify you to schedule your times to work. This will not affect daily recess. We have had positive feedback on the program so far and appreciate all of your patience as we all establish schedules and routines to help daily recess run smoothly. We will need our current Learning Leaders to work whenever possible to help us out. The school administration will be looking into options for the future in order to grow our parent volunteer program.
